Phase one
Intro call
A 30-minute conversation. I ask targeted questions about your processes and where time is lost. By the end we both know what we’ll tackle.

Phase two
Proposal
After the intro call I analyze where automation truly adds value, including a concrete financial picture. If the investment doesn’t pay off, I tell you honestly. Only when it’s worthwhile do I send a tailored proposal, with a fixed price and measurable KPIs. On approval you get immediate access to a client portal where you can follow progress and KPIs live.

Phase three
Implementation
This is where we build the system. We need access to the relevant systems and APIs; this always happens securely and GDPR-compliant. Throughout the project we keep you informed via the client portal and actively involve you in testing. A fast feedback loop, so the system really works in practice. On delivery we include documentation and training material, and walk your team through how everything works.

Optional
Maintenance
After delivery you can opt for a monthly maintenance package. For a fixed monthly fee we keep the systems current: prompt optimizations, updates to the latest AI models, workflow improvements. Failures and bugs are always fixed free of charge, whether or not you have a maintenance package.
